Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

the Sales target and Client Management / 完成销售业绩与客户管理

Assist in developing and managing client relationships across shanghai and other major China cities.

Support sales presentations project introductions and negotiations with international property buyers and investors.

Track and manage the client pipeline through CRM systems ensuring timely follow-ups.

协助拓展和维护上海及中国主要城市的客户关系

支持销售演示项目介绍及与国际房产买家和投资者的洽谈

使用CRM系统跟进客户进程确保及时反馈与跟进

Development / 业务拓展

Identify new business opportunities in China market particularly targeting HNWIs family offices and institutional investors.

Assist in developing cross-border business channels with JLL offices in the UK UAE Japan and Australia.

Conduct preliminary market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies.

发掘中国市场新的业务机会重点面向高净值客户家族办公室及机构投资者

协助与英国阿联酋日本及澳洲JLL办公室开展跨境业务合作

开展市场调研与竞争分析支持业务拓展战略

Coordination / 内部协作

Liaise with JLLs overseas residential teams to align sales strategies and share client resources.

Support administrative and operational tasks related to sales projects.
