Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst youll work in a cross-functional Agile squad focused on delivering high-quality future-proof solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the analysis and design of changes to financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Translating business needs into clear actionable requirements and solution designs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance IT and Data teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Writing user stories defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing and implementation.
  • Supporting the full change lifecyclefrom impact analysis to post-release support.
  • Helping to ensure our reporting remains compliant accurate and aligned with business developments and regulatory requirements.

Youll be part of a diverse team of 24 professionals working in a dynamic environment where collaboration innovation and continuous improvement are key.

Were looking for someone who is analytical proactive and eager to make a difference. You should have:

  • A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (preferably finance or technology).
  • 5 years experience working with large datasets databases and ETL.
  • Strong SQL skills (SAS EG is a plus or willingness to learn).
  • A solid understanding of banking products and financial/regulatory reporting.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Lean environments is a plus.
  • The ability to connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions.
