Concierge

We are seeking a professional and proactive Concierge to join our Real Estate Management Services team.  This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and secure environment for tenants visitors contractors and suppliers. You will be the first point of contact ensuring exceptional service and smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors tenants contractors and suppliers with professionalism to create an exceptional first impression.
• Act as the central point of reference for building information and services ensuring clear communication and support.
• Monitor lobby and Loading Bay activity to prevent unauthorized access maintaining safety and security.
• Identify and address safety security and maintenance issues promptly coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
• Perform Chief Fire Warden duties and manage emergency procedures to ensure compliance and occupant safety.
• Support operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience driving satisfaction and brand reputation.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of building operations safety and security protocols.
• Tech-savvy with experience in access systems and mobile apps.
• Proactive detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
• Previous experience in concierge hospitality or property management is highly desirable.
