As a Crop Protection Agronomy & Sales Intern you will participate in a curriculum-based integrated learning opportunity that prepares you to be a leader in territory sales in the agriculture industry.

What will you be doing
SPA (Soil Pathogen Assessment) Sampling: lead the logistics of SPA sampling program in CA. Take samples coordinate shipping receive data and prep reports for SRs
Optimize and improve the current SPA program for improved impact in 2026 campaign
Increase utility of CA Demo and Sales Support trials
Engaging growers and resellers in solution-based consultative selling to achieve sales targets
Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective ways of working that enable the Sales Team
Developing skills and experience to further your career by building product and agronomic expertise as well as refining your communication presentation and leadership capabilities
Qualifications :
What you must have:
Sophomore or junior class standing working towards a bachelors degree preferably in agriculture or related field
Must be a current student continuing education upon completion of internship term (graduation date of December 2026 or AFTER)
Demonstrated leadership ability in student organizations and/or work experiences
Effective writing presentation and negotiation skills
A valid drivers license and acceptable moving violations record
Strong customer focus business acumen resilience interpersonal savvy and integrity
