The Role
We are hiring a Sales Recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor sales roles. This is not a transactional sourcing role. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates and will be trusted to represent Precision Sales Recruiting in every interaction.
You will be trained directly on our recruiting methodology client consultation process and candidate experience standards. This role is designed for an early-career sales professional who has proven themselves in sales and is now ready to build a long-term career in recruiting. If you are professional detail-oriented and take pride in doing things the right way this role offers a clear path to growth and increased responsibility.

What You Will Do
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their sales roles expectations and hiring goals
- Develop and execute a thoughtful recruiting strategy for each search
- Proactively source and engage high-quality sales candidates
- Evaluate candidates for sales skills behaviors and mindset
- Conduct structured interviews that go beyond resumes
- Maintain consistent professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage all interview scheduling and next steps
- Present well-prepared candidates to clients with clear insights and recommendations
- Keep accurate records and manage your pipeline using recruiting technology

Who We Are Looking For
- Sales experience is required
- Recruiting experience is required
- Strong interest in transitioning from sales into recruiting
- Professional communication skills and strong written follow-up
- Comfortable using CRM or ATS tools and modern communication platforms
- Highly coachable and motivated to improve
- Organized detail-oriented and dependable
Preferred Background
- Sales recruiting experience
- Experience selling into or recruiting for manufacturing construction or industrial companies
- Background in consultative relationship-driven sales
Compensation
- Base salary: $65000 - $80000
- Commission: $15000 - $25000
- Total OTE: $80000 - $105000 in first 12 months (includes onboarding and ramp time)
