The Sales & Marketing Analyst Principal Accountabilities:
- Customer Engagement & Support: Assist in managing customer accounts including order tracking documentation and issue resolution. Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain exposure to relationship management and strategic communication.
- Sales Operations & Analysis: Support sales forecasting pricing analysis and performance tracking. Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project & Process Ownership: Lead or contribute to special projects across sales logistics and customer service. Document and formalize processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including marketing finance and supply chain to support customer needs.
- Learning & Development: Engage in structured learning modules and mentorship sessions. Deliver periodic presentations to leadership summarizing key learnings and growth milestones.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field.
- Strong communication skillswritten and verbal.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like SAP Salesforce or similar is a plus.
