Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a motivated New College Graduate (NCG) to join the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team with a focus on digital transformation.
- This role provides a unique opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals quality system and Digital tools to transform supplier quality management processes
- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve quality performance drive automation support the Industry 4.0 journey and predict quality
- Key responsibility: Collect analyze and visualize supplier quality data using digital tools (Power BI SQL or equivalent)
- Assist in developing and maintaining digital dashboards automated reports and data-driven decision-making tools for SQE including digital transformation projects
- Participate in supplier workshops and training to promote digital adoption and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in data science computer science/engineering electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or a related field.
PREFERRED:
- Internship in manufacturing process improvement or digital transformation
- Exposure to Six Sigma tools
SKILLS:
- Knowledge in Automated Workforce project and digital transformation
- Good knowledge and skills in machine learning and deep learning
- Strong skills in Data analysis and visualization (Excel Power BI Power Automate SQL or Python)
- Basic programming in web development or automation knowledge (Python PLC or data collection)
- Good English communication skills verbal and written
