- Develop and execute the annual E-commerce strategy and business plan focusing on sales targets market share expansion and customer acquisition/retention.
- Manage and organize customer deliveries ensuring accuracy in quantity and specifications.
- Ensure product availability for customers and in case of shortages offer suitable substitutes through the call centre while coordinating directly with customers.
- Oversee route planning and ensure delivery documents are properly handed over to delivery staff.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and closely monitor items on promotion.
- Monitor team performance to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
- Ensure products are handled in line with QA quality standards and established SOPs.
- Ensure that all team members comply with company policies and procedures set by management.
