Job Summary
Mobile Engineer South East London
Location:South East London (Mobile across designated sites)

Wates Property Services is looking for a skilled and motivatedMobile Engineerto join our team supporting theJLL Aviva contractacross South East London. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety autonomy and delivering high-quality technical services across multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Liaise with site contacts and the Technical Supervisor to maintain service excellence.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures in line with JLLs ESG goals.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
What Were Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience in delivering hard M&E services in a mobile or multi-site role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept).
- Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent).
- Familiarity with sustainability technologies and ESG practices.
Qualifications:
- Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- 18th Edition (for electrical candidates).
- Asbestos Awareness or Duty to Manage certification.
