We are looking for a passionate and motivated Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. If you love creating high-quality dishes working in a collaborative environment and being part of a luxury hospitality setting this role is for you.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the preparation cooking and presentation of dishes to maintain Pastores high standards
• Support senior chefs in menu preparation portion control and inventory management
• Maintain exceptional hygiene organisation and cleanliness in your section and the kitchen
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Learn from senior chefs and assist in training junior kitchen staff
• Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal specials
• Ensure all health safety and food handling standards are followed
• Maintain consistency efficiency and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef Commis or similar role in a busy kitchen
• Passion for Italian cuisine and delivering dishes of exceptional quality
• Strong attention to detail consistency and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for learning from senior chefs and supporting junior team members
• Availability to work full-time hours including evenings weekends and public holidays
