Available Roles

We are currently recruiting for the following chef positions across full-time and casual employment:

• Junior Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie
• Commis Chef

About the Roles

Depending on your level and experience you will:

• Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards
• Support daily kitchen operations including preparation service and presentation
• Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and workplace cleanliness
• Contribute to a positive efficient and guest-focused kitchen culture

Qualifications :

About You

• Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles)
• Previous experience in a hotel resort or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred)
• A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh high-quality food
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
