What you will be doing

• Deliver attentive and professional service that reflects our five star standard
• Assist with setup breakdown and presentation of event and conference spaces
• Serve food and beverages to guests with care efficiency and attention to detail
• Support the catering and bar teams to ensure events run smoothly
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner responding to requests and enhancing the overall event experience
• Work as part of a team to coordinate logistics timing and flow of service
• Ensure all event areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Be empowered to go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests with thoughtful gestures and personalised service

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• A current RSA Certificate
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Availability to work casual shifts including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in high standards of presentation and service
• Reliability and consistency so that guests enjoy the same high quality experience at every event
