Were looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our Home Care services across Melbourne.
Ini this role youll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home incluing:
- Talking with potential clients families and referrers about our Home Care services
- Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process
- Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
- Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)
- Working with our internal teams to make sure new clients are matched with the right care and services
Lets talk about you!
You may have some experience in sales customer service healthcare aged care or community work and youre a confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships. Motivated and organised youre someone who follows up and gets things done while also being comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Most importantly you bring a willingness to learn about Home Care if youre new to the sector.

Youll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus!
