Role responsibilities include:

Support the Senior QS in all aspects of commercial and cost management.
Manage the subcontractor procurement process efficiently and on schedule.
Prepare trade budgets and carry out cost analysis and negotiation of work packages.
Administer subcontractor appointments accounts and payment processes.
Prepare project cash flows and interim change orders and maintain accurate cost records.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
Proven experience managing complex projects from pre-contract to final account including cost planning procurement contract administration and risk management.
