Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valuations Surveyor to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate property valuations across a range of asset classes supporting clients with market insights and compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for residential commercial and mixed-use assets in line with RICS standards.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients lenders and internal stakeholders.
- Undertake market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish property market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Assist senior surveyors with complex valuation projects and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics.
Qualifications :
- Education: Degree in Real Estate Property Economics or a related discipline.
- Professional Qualification: Completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence)
- Experience: 25 years in property valuation or related surveying roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software tools.
- Full clean driving license.
