We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our Southeast Asia channel team as the Indonesia Channel Country Lead. This senior role requires an experienced sales and business contributor capable of owning the entire go-to-market strategy and execution for the Indonesian market.
Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
Responsible for full ownership of Indonesia revenue partner strategy and execution.
Drive strategy and revenue ownership at the local level to ensure accelerated market share gains and deeper partner loyalty.
Report directly to the Regional Sales Director - SEA Channel providing clear accountability for the countrys performance and strategic direction.
Collaborate closely with the Regional BDM to maximize pipeline ensure consistency across markets and drive strong opportunity development and market coverage.
Front the local market engagement including key partner relationships strategic accounts and high-value customers and project opportunities.
Lead the localized execution of programmes to be tailored to the Indonesian market while maintaining shared regional strategic incentives.
Ensure effective adoption of differentiated technologies and consistent go-to-market execution with local flexibility.
Lead and manage the performance of the in-country team by setting strategic direction and overseeing the performance of local Channel Account Managers to maximize our market position market coverage and competency across resellers and end-user opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to influence partners and end-users technology platform decisions developing preference and loyalty to MSI within the territory.
Must have proven senior-level experience in country/market leadership including full revenue and strategy ownership.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving market share growth in the Indonesian market.
Strong ability to engage with distributors channel partners and end customers addressing business problems with a solution sales mindset.
C-Level engagement experience and/or relevant experience in large enterprise and government sales.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment while ensuring strong local execution and engagement.
Willing to travel within Indonesia and the region as required.
