Job Summary
- As a Store Manager youll oversee daily operations ensuring the shop runs smoothly efficiently and profitably. Youll lead by examplemotivating your team delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with customers and employees alike. Responsible for in store profitability sales and service. Oversee and control daily operations policy implementation advertising/ promotions and strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A self-starter with high energy and strong time management skills
- A motivated leader who develops and inspires their team
- Goal-oriented confident and results-driven
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to build long-term relationships
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
- Experienced in managing a high-volume automotive service or tire shop
