Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Oncologyfor an exciting job in Neptune NJ.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive and ongoing assessments for adult oncology patients.
Develop implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Provide therapeutic nursing interventions for leukemia lymphoma and high-acuity oncology cases.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Accurately document all assessments interventions and outcomes per clinical standards.
Prioritize and respond to patient needs in a timely manner.
Uphold evidence-based nursing practices and support continuous improvement in care delivery.
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.
Float to assigned units within scope as needed.
Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of acute adult oncology experience (inpatient).
ASN required; BSN preferred.
Active NJ RN license or multistate compact license.
BLS (AHA) required.
Telemetry certification preferred.
ONS chemotherapy certification required (preferred but mandatory per job scope).
