COMPENSATION

We offer a competitive Base salary uncapped commission bonuses that total to $65K$150K.

What Youll Do

• Make outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities
• Deliver engaging consultative sales presentations to coaches and teachers
• Manage leads and pipeline in our CRM system
• Constantly work closely with leadership to refine your pitch and exceed sales goals
• Bring positive energy and a winning attitude every day

What Were Looking For

• 1 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
• Strong communicator with persuasive and confident phone presence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Goal-oriented competitive and coachable
• Passion for helping others and making a difference
• Bachelors / 4-year degree required
