DescriptionTitle: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support key customer onsite in Orlando as a primary advisor for Oracle Cloud SCM
- Provide functional expertise across core Supply Chain Execution modules including:
Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
Procurement (Requisitions Agreements Approvals)
Purchase Orders (PO)
Inventory Management (INV)
Order Management (OM)
Supplier Management / Supplier Portal - Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release reviews evaluate impacts and recommend adoption of new features (including Redwood UI updates)
- Assist customers with SCM and Finance issue resolution including receiving costing and GL accounting flows.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and translate business needs into solution designs and enhancement requests - Perform hands-on configuration in Fusion SCM modules including sourcing structures approval workflows catalogs content zones receiving parameters and procurement controls
- Support testing cycles data validation cutovers and deployments for enhancement and project activities
- Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver functional configuration testing and production support activities
- This position may require travel within the US
