Aesthetician Lead

Work Schedule:

Full-time 100% FTE day shift. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No weekends or nights required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

• Serve as the team lead over other aesthetician staff including coordinating assigning and guiding work activities.

• Educate train and lead team meetings with the cosmetic center staff on skin care products and sales.

• Participate in skin care services and provide treatments.

• Maintain our skin care product lines and supplies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Aesthetics or Cosmetology Required

• Bachelor of Science in a clinical field Business Management Marketing or similar area of study Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience with skin care product consultation and education Required

• 3 years of experience as practicing Aesthetician in a physician-based setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Wisconsin Required

• Cosmetology Managers License if a licensed Cosmetologist Required

• Basic Life Support/CPR Required
