Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Sanand area. As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing quality installations maintenance and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical hydraulic and electrical components and circuits.
Work Youll Do:
Installation of Injection Molding Machine
Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine.
Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine.
Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Molding machine.
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.
Other duties may be assigned.
Team:
This role will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Associate Leader Field Service Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma in Plastic technology Electrical & Electronic Engineering or other related field.
3 years of experience working with hydraulics mechanics and/or similar skillsets.
Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool.
Mechanical electrical Hydraulic skill to trouble shoot machine problems.
Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and electrical schematics.
