About This Role

Qualifications and experience required

Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment.

Must have current licences Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable)

P&WC PT6 and Pilatus PC-12 type ratings or with company support be able to obtain them.

Active on-the-tools role requiring hands-on maintenance experience.

Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment.

Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Persists and focuses on achieving objectives even in difficult circumstances.

Strong team leadership and management experience-desirable
