Job Summary
The Principal Research Scientist works with the Antibody Discovery Program powered by Brukers Beacon Discovery Platform. The Vice President for Research and Innovation ( VPRI ) will support the Antibody Discovery Program Principal Scientist for 14 months.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead scientific operations of the antibody discovery program using the Beacon Discovery Platform. Design and execute high-throughput screening campaigns for therapeutic antibody candidates. Collaborate with academic and industry partners on contract research and feasibility studies. Apply AI-driven modeling and bioinformatics tools to optimize antibody selection and development. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to workforce training initiatives. Prepare and present scientific findings through publications conferences and webinars. Support scale-up and translational efforts. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters of Science in Immunology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Bioengineering or a related field. Three (3) years of hands-on experience in antibody discovery protein engineering or immunotherapeutics.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Immunology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Bioengineering or a related field. Five (5) years of hands-on experience in antibody discovery protein engineering or immunotherapeutics. Experience with computational modeling and AI-driven antibody development.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm Participation in regional and national scientific events and training programs. Position is set to continue for 14 months.
