About the role:

  • Location: County Durham (This is a site-based role)
  • Salary: up to 28K DOE
  • Reporting to: HR Business Partner
  • Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient professional first-line HR administration and systems support to the site HR team and managers.
  • Own the accuracy of HR data (SAP SuccessFactors/Kronos) coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation administer holidays/absence and support recruitment onboarding and induction activities.
  • Act as a helpful first point of contact for HR queries ensuring compliant Right-to-Work checks GDPR-aligned record-keeping and audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced multi-shift manufacturing environment.
