Part-Time Inventory Clerk

POSITION: Inventory Clerk
PARTTIME: 20 HOURS WEEK / 12-month assignment (Potential Temp to Perm)
LOCATION: Arden Hills MN
SCHEDULE: PT Tuesday - Thursday
PAY RANGE: $22/HR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory receiving and depalletizing/unboxing inventory maintaining records and ensuring a clean and organized Inventory Demo Room. This person will be responsible for supporting all activities associated with the EP demo room.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and manage inventory levels.
Responsible for uploading and maintaining inventory data in our inventory management tool (CORE)
Depalletize shipments and store inventory in the Demo Room.
Maintain an organized and clean Demo Room.
Unbox product and pack Demo Bags.
Create FedEx labels and prepare outgoing shipments.
Respond promptly to requests from the Sales Warehouse & Marketing.
Collaborate effectively as a motivated team member demonstrating best practices aligned with departmental objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours:
20 hrs. per week

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work experience as an Inventory / Warehouse Clerk or similar role
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication. Skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Self-motivated and functioning independently while following workflow.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
