Job Summary
As a Sr Eng Associate here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in providing engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.
In this role you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues and driving improvements in our support processes.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support engineering projects and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of engineering plans
- Provide technical support and expertise to the engineering team
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects
- Strong network and connections within the industry
