Job Summary

Customer Service Agent

BYD Call center is a group of people handling the requests from the end customer from the channel included but not limited to calls emails texts dealers social media live-chat. According to the business process of efficient high-quality acceptance of customer feedback through voice and online channels and maintain positive communication with customers improve customer satisfaction to ensure that the objectives of the full achievement of the work of the effective information collected in a timely manner feedback.

Customer service agents are responsible for handling inquiries complaints roadside assistance cases suggestions praises and other feedback from customers via calls/live chats/email with the goal of offering quick response and effective solutions to customers. If a case cannot be closed directly and needs to be followed up by other related departments the Customer Service Agent should create a ticket and transfer it to a Ticket Support Agent for further processing.

Main duties and responsibilities:

inquiries complaints roadside assistance cases suggestions praises and other feedback from customers through incoming calls/live chats/emails.

good relationships with customers through quality service provide reasonable solutions to customers and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

about customers needs and forward their concerns to relevant departments for follow-up and ensure the accuracy of recording.

priority on the scores of call recording quality inspection and customer satisfaction and summarize work performance as required.

Required skills qualifications and experience.

1. College degree or above customer service and related work experience is preferred;

2. Standard required language skillNative German Speaker Or very fluent in Germanand certain computer operation ability;

speed above 60 words/min;

4. Strong sense of responsibility strong resistance to pressure strong adaptability able to independently deal with urgent problems;

5. Strong learning ability and communication skills;

6. good professionalism strong organization and discipline.
