Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to support the ICT infrastructure of a large secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent position working within a forward-thinking ICT team.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining the school network servers and switches
Diagnosing network issues and resolving technical faults
Managing user accounts group policies and permissions
Overseeing backups updates and cybersecurity protocols
Supporting classroom technology and AV systems
Assisting with long-term ICT planning and upgrades
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in network support or ICT administration
Strong understanding of networking protocols and hardware
Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and Office 365
Relevant IT/networking qualification preferred
Salary
Paid to support staff scale according to experience.
