The Role
Youll support day-to-day HR operations working closely with the HR Manager and wider leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling recruitment administration including adverts shortlisting packs and interview coordination
- Managing staff onboarding safer recruitment checks and personnel files
- Updating HR systems absence records and safeguarding documentation
- Preparing letters contracts and payroll information
- Supporting HR queries from staff and maintaining excellent communication
The school has over 1500 students and a large staff body so the work is fast-paced but supported by a friendly experienced team.
