The Role
Youll play a vital role in monitoring improving and promoting excellent pupil attendance. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily registers and following up absences promptly
- Liaising with parents/carers pastoral leaders and external agencies
- Producing attendance reports for SLT and safeguarding teams
- Coordinating intervention meetings and attendance plans
- Maintaining accurate records in line with statutory requirements
You will work closely with Heads of Year and the safeguarding team contributing directly to students wellbeing and progress.
