We are seeking an enthusiastic creative and highly committed Teacher of Drama to join the successful Performing Arts faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London.
This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026.

The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Drama specialist dedicated to delivering engaging and rigorous practical and theoretical lessons. This role focuses on outstanding classroom practice developing technical and performance skills and contributing significantly to school productions and the co-curricular program.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a related field.
- A proven track record as an excellent Drama Teacher with experience teaching both practical performance and academic analysis to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
- Experience in directing or managing school productions is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic and co-curricular life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 40317 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
