Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Drama Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and theatre
Ability to teach across KS3KS5 (A Level Drama experience welcomed but not essential)
A creative reflective practitioner who balances high standards with encouragement and care
Recognised teaching qualification (QTS PGCE or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a small staff team
