Our client is delighted to be seeking a passionate and inspiring Drama Teacher to join a small well-established independent school in Bath renowned for its nurturing ethos strong academic foundations and vibrant creative life.

  • Full-time Drama Teacher required from January 2026

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Drama Teacher to become an integral part of a warm and collaborative arts department within a charming private school where pupils are known as individuals and encouraged to develop confidence creativity and self-expression. Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified Drama Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and theatre

  • Ability to teach across KS3KS5 (A Level Drama experience welcomed but not essential)

  • A creative reflective practitioner who balances high standards with encouragement and care

  • Recognised teaching qualification (QTS PGCE or equivalent)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a small staff team

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
