Experience and Responsibilities
Experience (not all essential):
Science-related Degree A-Levels BTEC or equivalent laboratory background
Experience in a laboratory educational setting or STEM-based technical role
Understanding of safe chemical handling preparation of reagents and health & safety procedures (training provided)
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing organising and setting up practical equipment for Biology Chemistry and Physics lessons
Supporting teachers during demonstrations and practical experiments
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety COSHH and CLEAPSS guidance
Maintaining repairing and safely storing equipment
Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering departmental resources
Ensuring laboratories are safe clean and well-organised at all times

Salary
