Role Responsibilities
Assisting the Site Manager with daily school operations
Conducting routine maintenance minor repairs and safety checks
Supporting site security opening/closing procedures and inspections
Liaising with contractors and overseeing works on site
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the school buildings
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in caretaking maintenance or facilities desirable
Good understanding of health & safety regulations
Strong practical/DIY skills
Reliable punctual and proactive
Salary
Paid to local government support staff scale.
