Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable IT Technician to support the ICT and Digital Learning Team at a large secondary school in South London. This is a full-time permanent post.

This South London academy has invested heavily in new technology including modern computer suites Chromebooks and digital learning platforms. The IT team plays an essential role in maintaining high-quality digital provision.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Providing first-line IT support to staff and students
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintaining ICT equipment and devices
Supporting network printer and AV systems
Assisting with asset tracking and IT inventory
Experience & Qualifications
IT support experience (school experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Understanding of safeguarding and e-safety
Salary
Support staff scale based on experience.
