The Opportunity & School Profile
This Outstanding inner-city academy requires an experienced Site Manager to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the premises during a period of maternity leave. This role requires flexibility and robust compliance knowledge.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing the caretaking team managing daily operational schedules and coordinating security procedures.
- Maintenance Management: Managing planned and reactive maintenance overseeing high-quality minor repairs and supervising contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks risk assessments and site security in a busy urban environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover).
- Salary Range: Competitive salary reflective of Inner London weighting (ranging from 42000 - 50000 per annum).
