Senior Sales Representative MedTech Startup (1099 Role)
Locations:Northeast territory - be based in Boston MD DC VA

Were seeking a driven results-oriented sales professional to join a fast-growing healthtech startup thats transforming surgical care with AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors building relationships and closing deals across high-value healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close new business with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) Oral Surgeons private practices hospitals and specialty clinics
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to ensure customer success and shape the go-to-market strategy
What Were Looking For:
  • 5 years of healthcare medical device or healthtech sales experience
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Technology sales experience preferred
  • Existing relationships in ASCs Oral Surgery or specialty practices preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Perks:
  • 1099 role with $7080K base commission (target $150K fully uncapped potential)
