This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors building relationships and closing deals across high-value healthcare markets.Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and close new business with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) Oral Surgeons private practices hospitals and specialty clinics
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to ensure customer success and shape the go-to-market strategy
What Were Looking For:- 5 years of healthcare medical device or healthtech sales experience
- Proven success meeting and exceeding quotas
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Technology sales experience preferred
- Existing relationships in ASCs Oral Surgery or specialty practices preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Perks:- 1099 role with $7080K base commission (target $150K fully uncapped potential)
