The Working Student HR Operations provides operational support to the HR team focusing on the core administrative tasks within the employee lifecycle. This role is vital for maintaining data accuracy and supporting the daily operational needs of the HR department which includes both German and international locations.

What you will do:
- Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR Information System (Personio)
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data during entry and ongoing maintenance e.g. in onboarding new employees or adjusting existing profiles
- Prepare and generate HR documents and contracts utilizing existing templates in our HRIS
- Assist in the full document and contract management lifecycle ensuring files are consistently managed and compliant
- Support the administration of employee benefits and the necessary registration/deregistration tasks
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with simple reporting tasks by pulling standardized data
- Handle and resolve Tier-1 level employee inquiries via the HR inbox (e.g. simple requests for standard documents or process clarification)
- Provide general administrative and operational support for ad hoc HR tasks and special requests from HR colleagues
- Support the monthly payroll preparation process through preliminary document and information gathering
Who you are:
Experience: 3 years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
Education: Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree (e.g. Business Administration/HR)
Solid knowledge of employment contracts onboarding processes and HR systems
Strong organizational skills accuracy a feeling of ownership and a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus) and data maintenance
Ability to independently resolve more complex employee inquiries
Willingness to actively participate in projects for the further development of the HR function
English and German language skills at level B2 or above
Studies: Currently enrolled as a student preferably - but not necessarily - in a subject related to Business Administration HR or comparable fields
Strong affinity for systems data entry and meticulous accuracy in work
Organizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks in parallel
Proficient handling of data and systems e.g. working with an HRIS
A team-player mentality and supportive mindset i.e. rolling up sleeves with the intention of discovering learning opportunities
English and German language skills at level B2 or above are required
