Job Summary

Introduction
Youre not here to make coffee or update spreadsheets. Youre joining FactFinder at a pivotal moment: were scaling our partner ecosystem across Europe working with leading technology companies agencies and platform providers who serve thousands of e-commerce brands. As a Partner Marketing Working Student youll be on the front lines of building co-marketing campaigns launching partner programs and creating the content that drives real business growth.

  • Work directly with our Partner team (Hagen Joe Tobi) and Marketing leadership on campaigns that matter

Your mission
  • Partner Campaigns & Content (50%)
    • Create co-marketing campaigns with technology partners (joint webinars case studies solution briefs)
    • Write compelling partner stories and success narratives that showcase real customer impact
    • Coordinate campaign launches across multiple channels (LinkedIn email partner portals)
    • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data
  • Partner Enablement & Resources (30%)
    • Build sales enablement materials (battle cards pitch decks one-pagers) for partner teams
    • Help create and maintain our partner portal content and resources
    • Support partner onboarding and training materials
    • Research partner ecosystems and competitive positioning
  • Program Development & Operations (20%)
    • Support the rollout of our new partner program tiers and benefits
    • Help organize partner events webinars and quarterly business reviews
    • Contribute to partner marketing strategy based on your research and insights
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales CSM and Product teams
Your profile
Must-haves:
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelors or Masters program (Marketing Business Communications or related)
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)youll work with international partners
  • Strong writing skillsyou can explain complex technical topics in simple compelling language
  • Highly organized and detail-orientedyou manage multiple campaigns without dropping balls
  • Curious about B2B SaaS partnerships and how software companies go to market
Nice-to-haves:
  • Prior internship or working student experience in marketing tech or SaaS
  • Experience with design tools (Canva Figma) or marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of e-commerce retail tech or search/discovery technologies
  • Active on LinkedIn and familiar with B2B content strategies
