We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Oracle EPM / Hyperion Specialist to support and manage our Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Planning & Essbase environments. This hybrid role based in Miami plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability performance and scalability of our financial planning and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in financial systems administration cloud-based EPM solutions and data analysis bridging both technical system management and financial process support.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Support

• Administer Oracle EPM Cloud applications including Planning Essbase Smart View and Financial Reporting.
• Maintain optimize and support Hyperion Planning and Essbase environments.
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance.
• Implement and maintain jobs schedules and hierarchy updates for EPM processes.
• Assist with upgrades patches and system enhancements.
• Support finance teams during budgeting forecasting and month-end close cycles.
• Automate recurring workflows and service requests using ServiceNow.

Project Management

• Support EPM Cloud and Hyperion projects from concept through deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Translate financial process needs into technical system enhancements.

User Enablement & Governance

• Train and support finance users on EPM Cloud and Hyperion functionality.
• Manage user provisioning access controls and compliance reviews.
• Govern data integrations and maintain Oracle database repositories.
• Support automation and improvement of financial close reporting and planning processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between finance IT and business teams to ensure alignment of technology with strategic goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting data load issues calculation errors and performance bottlenecks.
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Documentation & Training

• Develop and maintain system documentation process workflows and training materials.
• Provide ongoing training and best-practice guidance to end users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field.
• 4 years of experience administering Hyperion Planning Essbase and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial workflows.
• Proficiency with Smart View Calculation Manager and EPM Automate.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Active Directory integration and SSO strategies.
• Comfortable working in a temporary role.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Miami.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hyperion Financial Reporting cube optimization and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Understanding of Oracle OCI tenancy and subscription management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.
