- Functional Expertise:
- Deep technical understanding of Oracle Financials modules (in priority order):
- Grant/Project Management
- iExpense
- General Ledger
- Procurement
- EPM (nice to have)
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Proficiency in Oracle configuration frameworks:
- GL hierarchies and trees
- Rollup groups
- Segment value sets
- Approval workflows
- BPM configuration

- Technical Skills:
- Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Application Express (APEX)
- Strong SQL & PL/SQL
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- File-Based Data Import (FDBI) HSDL and ADFDI data loads
- Understanding of financial tables and data structures

- Reporting Skills:
- BI Publisher
- OTBI dashboards and analysis
- Financial reporting structures

- Preferred Skills:
- JavaScript or Java (nice to have)
- Groovy scripting (nice to have)

- Soft/Project Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation (technical design documents architecture diagrams)
- Root cause analysis for system issues (workflow accounting configuration integration)
- Effective communication to interact with functional teams and customers
