Job Summary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years of high volume full-service and upscale casual restaurant management experience
Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive lighthearted and fun atmosphere
Must have a passion for developing coaching and mentoring people
Expert experience with inventory systems profit and loss and schedule writing
Kitchen management experience is a plus!
Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organization and listening skills
Eye for detail
Ability to remain calm friendly and enthusiastic under pressure

Must have reliable means of transportation
Must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
