Job Summary
As a ServiceNow GRC Analyst you will design develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to improve business processes and ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand and gather
requirements for GRC processes and functionalities.
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow GRC workflows policies forms and user
interface (UI) elements to create user-friendly and efficient solutions.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management and Audit Management Regulatory Change Management
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC scripts such as Business Rules and Client Scripts to enhance system functionality and automate processes.
- Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions
to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and tools as required.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications-
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Information Security Computer Science Engineering Technology or a similar degree
- ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist GRC(CIS IRM TPRM) Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 2- 5 years in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 NIST CSF COBIT and other security standards is plus.
- The candidate must have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

- Proficient in ServiceNow GRC module configuration and customization including Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management and Audit Management
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.
- experience in integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems
Preferred technical & functional skills

- Configuring reports forms client script business rules service catalog script
include ajax web services.

- Experience in flow designer data importing transform script.
Additional Qualification:

- Prior consulting experience with big 4 or large clientele is preferable.
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player: self-driven and ability to work independently.
