Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Prescription Review & Dispensing

Accurately review and validate prescriptions received from customers and healthcare providers.
Ensure appropriate dosage drug interactions and therapeutic compatibility.
Dispense medicines as per legal and ethical standards.
Provide patient counseling on proper medication use dosage and possible side effects.

2. Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Pharmacy Council of India regulations.
Maintain all statutory records licenses and audits.
Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to Tata 1mgs quality and safety standards.
Conduct periodic audits of pharmacy operations.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure proper storage handling and disposal of medicines as per regulatory norms.
Maintain batch and expiry tracking systems.

4. Team Leadership & Training

Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and support staff.
Conduct training sessions on new drugs procedures and operational updates.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

5. Customer Service & Support

Resolve escalated customer queries related to prescriptions medications or product availability.
Support the customer service and digital operations teams in addressing medication-related inquiries.
