Engagement Description
- Responsible for supporting HEDIS operations audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives related to the CMS Star Ratings program.
- The role will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop implement and monitor programs ensuring compliance with HEDIS requirements and audit standards.
- Key duties include gathering and summarizing performance data analyzing results to identify gaps and driving actionable improvement plans.
- The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and project management skills strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars.
- Strong organizational skills documentation skills and attention to detail to develop and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation of all project activities issues lessons learned and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical organizational planning verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Certifications Include:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Masters degree in a related field preferred.
- Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Continuous learning as defined by the Companys learning philosophy is required.
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
