We are hiring an experienced IT Business Analyst to support enterprise software development initiatives. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams gathering requirements mapping workflows and ensuring projects meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills experience working in Agile development environments and the ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business requirements for software development projects

Create user stories acceptance criteria system diagrams and process documentation

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders product owners and engineering teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning grooming and retrospectives

Support UAT testing develop test scenarios and ensure requirements are met

Conduct gap analysis process mapping and workflow optimization

Communicate project updates risks and issues across the organization

Collaborate with QA developers and product management to ensure successful delivery

Required Skills:

4-10 years of IT Business Analysis experience

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with requirement gathering process modeling and documentation tools

Ability to produce user stories acceptance criteria and functional specs

Knowledge of SQL for data validation (preferred)

Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
