Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 810 years post-articles experience in technical accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFRS multi-entity environments and financial statement preparation combined with operational acumen and the ability to lead projects manage complex deal structures and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Group Consolidations & Reporting:
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end quarter-end and year-end reporting.
- Technical Accounting & Compliance:
- Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Operational Leadership:
- Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls.
- Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting.
- Project Management & Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead financial projects including system implementations process improvements and the integration of new entities.
- Support deal-making and structuring activities including due diligence and financial modelling.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership Auditors and external advisors.
- Present financial results and insights to executive management and the Board.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- 810 years post-articles experience with strong technical accounting expertise.
- Proven experience in multi-entity group reporting and IFRS compliance.
- Exposure to deal structuring mergers & acquisitions and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
