Job Summary
Were seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead high-value transactions and drive financial close across major renewable projects. Youll manage deal structuring negotiations and execution working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver bankable outcomes.
Basic Functions
Lead and close complex M&A and project finance transactions.
Oversee financial models due diligence and credit processes.
Negotiate deal terms and commercial agreements.
Support acquisitions divestments and PPA negotiations.
Requirements
Degree in Law Finance or Business (MBA preferred).
6 years experience in project finance banking or M&A.
Strong understanding of renewable investment structures.
Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation skills.
